Meaning
of our logo!
Our focus in not on the title, or the gender of the person performing the various task. However, as a tribute to my mother Sadie Mae Howard Moore, I use the term Matriarch. She was the matriarch, but she did not do it alone. She was the foundation of our family. She was the structure that held the 10 children together. And from her, I learned when to stand, when to bend, and when to retreat. Keep in mind the retreat is to regroup and return and not to admit defeat.
The logo exemplifies the essence of what the foundation stands for. The foundation is the beginning of supporting the roots of the tree. The roots are the generations that paved the way before us. The trunk braid connects the foundation, the roots, and the crown which contains all the possibilities.
